ADI Design Index is the first Italian Design Award of the Industrial Design Products.
The selection, carried out by the Permanent Design Observatory, includes products or product systems of each product category, theoretical-critical research, process or business research applied to design. Each year the selected products compete for the Compasso d’Oro Award.
Ghost is a line of doors and windows complete with windows and patio doors, with single and double leaf opening, designed by Anna Borla and Falegnameria Dilda. It is made by an innovative technology with concealed flow hardware and a completely recessed and thermally advantageous subframe system.
Compared to the products on the market, the frame offers a significant increase in the glazed surface, ensuring an increase in the amount of light towards the internal environment. Ghost is also a thermally and acoustically very performing window thanks to the triple thermal and acoustic glass.
With a 0.5 W / m2K Ug glass, it reaches a Uw value of 0.83 W / m2K, which allows it to be installed even in buildings with very low energy expenditure. It is totally environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable.
